Oh no, dead serious. I remember Jervis talking about it in a standard bearer how embarassing it was to see grown men still playing the training wheels armies.

I did not know that there was professionals who got paid to plaid warhammer. Prizes for tournaments that I attend usually are product or things like replica weapons for ardboys.

I'll admit haven't really been to any big tournaments since the Baltimore GT. I will most likely make Nova Open though. Have to see if my friends keep their jobs and waiting for painting competition details.

Are there any tournaments giving cash prizes other then Nova?

As far as armies being banned any army that has a current codex that is made by Games Workshop proper not forgeworld should be legal. Some tournaments do allow Forgeworld lists though.

Whats with all the Space Wolf hate? Space Wolves are a very good codex but have their own share of weak points.
