I must say, I'm not sold on the banner either. At the least I think it could do with some more colour. I'm not sold on his facial complexion as well tbh...
That said, the rest of the mini looks GREAT. Really looks like a Veteran/Sergeant and a battle grizzled one at that. Except for possibly the Contemptor, that's my favourite model of yours, he goes really well with the rest of the models and looks like a real battle-hardened, century-old Space Marine should. Laaavley.

That's a mighty fist! Is there a lighting difference on this last guy? He doesn't seem to pop as much.

I think just dave got it right it the face needs to be brighter and may be a white banner with a yellow fist on it I'll get on to it and post pics in the morning.. Thanks guy

Yep the lighting is a bit darker on this on I was at a different part of my room when I did it so I won't be taking my pics there any more lol

Holy Sh*t nice job on the weathering. IMO tho, I feel like Pre-Heresy marines should be LESS weathered, because I mean they are practically fresh-off the bat baby-blue new toy soldiers. I mean in the later parts they are more weathered, but when I think of pre-Heresy anything imagine almost a Grey Knight level of shinyness. Just my 2 cents.

hay guy chaos emperor alpharius is right im doing rogal dorn but not to suer how to go a bout it so its hold at the mo due to me looking in to how to do true scale models for him and i know hes ment to be bigger than a term but how be is he next to a dred.......

Well im back thank god i have been over run by work and not been abel to do much painting but heres on thats almost done just the base to paint but need the glue to dry first .....let me know what you yhink thanks


and to dantay_xv for my weathering all id do is paint the model in the colour you want first the give it an wash of devlin mud then paint boltgun metal on the area you want to look damaged then paint around the edge of the area in with a lighter colour and wash thats all i do hope it helps ...

Awesome log so far. I love the yellow, i always wanted to some lamenters but was put off by the yellow. I think i could actually do a few now lol! The dread looks really cool as do all the marines....
