They will anyway. They're encased in sealed armour, fighting sometimes for weeks or months without getting to take it off. The BO from that would be lethal. We're talking GW Games Night lethal.

Telion is a full marine who could be serving with the first company of Ultramarines if he wanted. Guess what he doesn't wear because he hangs out with the scouts? That's right folks, he doesn't wear power armour yet he is a full marine with the black carapace but prefers his tatty old carapace armour to fight in.

both 1 and 2 are collected by the armor and reprocessed into an emergency ration paste for consumption on the go.

How? How could a suit of armour collect poo and process it? Has the poor sod got a tube up his jacksie? Or has Space Marine plumbing been modified so that it can pass straight into the suit via one of the suit-to-body connections?

Marines havn't had their plumbing redirected

Presumably, they have some sort of diaper hooked up to a vaccum. or they could have a tube this then transports the waste to the reclycling center in the backpack. the paste is then pumped to the marine's helmet or gorget where a tube can extend for the marine to suck from.

Or they may not even have to defecate. Waste could be absorbed through interface points or by an underlayer. With their metabolism, I'd doubt anything solid would reach the end, simply waste water.
