I'm amazed with how fast they ship stuff out. It's nice too that they do a mix of buy it now and auctions.

I have ordered from them on ebay many times. I have always been 100% satisfied. Both in price and in shipping time.

My experience was less than ideal. It took over 3 weeks to receive my warmachine bitz- they marked as shipped, but hte package I finally got was postmarked 22 days after the day they claimed they originally shipped.
When I asked them what happened I got a very dismissive reply along the lines of 'thats too bad, with all the stuff we sell some peoples orders fall through the cracks'
When someone basically tells you 'sucks to be you, deal with it' it doesnt inspire return buisness.
Im glad most people have had positive experiences with them, but I won't buy from them anymore.

I ran into the same issue the week before 'Ard Boyz.
I needed another Lascannon set for a second Land Raider and went through these guys. After carefully reading the Ebay listing and time for delivery, I expected to receive my bits with 3 days to spare (1-2 with bad shipping delays) according to the listings mailing info.
I ordered the kit Saturday and received a shipping notice on Monday. Great news, as they say they use US Postal Priority on the shipping and I can expect it within 3 days at the latest (Friday would be ok as I just needed the kit on the model not painted).
Thursday comes and goes, no kit. Friday comes and goes, no kit. Saturday is here and I have to go without what I had intended for my list.
Come back from the tournament and the mail is waiting for me Saturday, cool the kit is here. Look at the posted date on the package.. It was shipped on Thursday, 3 days later then they had notified me it had shipped. My time in transit estimate was spot on but they had for some reason chose to misinform me on the actual "posted" date.
I wouldn't recommend them as they told me they were on "vacation" that week (why post you shipped then?!) as an excuse.

Just got my order from them Friday. Their communication wasn't great, no confirmation email, no reply to my question, but I got my order in 3 or 4 days so no real complaint.

Well there's no excuse for lying about when they ship something out, I can understand the difficulty of having to answer questions considering the volume of orders inherent in running a bitz operation.

If you'll excuse the neck romance:
Does anyone have a contact email for these chaps? They don't list it on the website for what I can see. I know they have an Almaran the Gold in their ebay shop but I can't find it in the online store~

I've used em a lot. Shipping usually quick but I've had one that took almost two weeks to arrive. But no big deal I like bitz.

I recently made a big order with them, and 10 days later it had not shown up. I asked about it by email, and they communicated well, responding within 24 hours to every mail. It turned out that Paypal had somehow screwed them - they had two addresses linked to my Paypal account, the real one and someplace in Canada. No idea how that happened. I've ordered before, so they definitely had the right address at some point.
At any rate, they sent the whole order again, and just ate the loss. Very impressive.
