I love painting metal. I don't really know why. Probably nostalgia and I like the weight. Then again I've seen the finecast and it looks legit so either way your good.

I have the metal one, and also no experience with Finecast. The metal model goes well together if you don't use the appalling "super" glue which is the GW stuff. It's rubbish! Mine went together perfectly, no pinning needed, and that was with a pack of 10 super glues from poundland.
