They are both free, I'm sure there are others.

Non-degree, working designer expressing interest in this project. Down to help however I can, I have LEGAL copies of CS3, I do mostly product catalogs and high-volume advertising, but I've been wanting to get into publication design.

Tough-as-Nails Ork Boy
|
As a 40k ork player I would love to see a section about conversions using different model ranges within a game system and models from other game systems. They can be as simple as "how to make a las/plas turret" to "how to make your storm chicken look cool"
Battle reports from big tournaments would be interesting if they had in depth commentary from the 2 generals and pictures (lots and pretty)
Well thought out scenarios (no 'ard boy style silliness) for different game systems.

You could strap a pantsless ork on something and make it look Imperial with enough Aquillas and Purity Seals. -Da Butcher

Some actual porn would really get people to watch. Cover the lady bits with your new models, and it'll sell like hotcakes.

I liked the older White Dwarves with army articles. Conversion tips and battle reports with commentary of the generals and lots of pictures...Pretty pictures.
One can dream eh? Army articles seem to be a dying art.
