Bit more work on the renegades for GD UK

Just starting to get the other highlights in place from here a whole load of smoothing out to do and changing the horrible colour of that gun!

Nice to see you have a blog. I was very impressed with your dreadnought a few weeks ago. I think this level of painting is about as high as I can reasonably aspire to, you've set the bar for me!

I seem to of hit a wall tbh. If im honest i've not touched a brush in nearly two months though. I didn't think there would be such a thing as skill fade in this hobby turns out there is.

I think that the problem you have with skin is lack of definition, I think your skin looks off because your starting too bright. but thats just me

Very possibly. I try to avoid skin tbh. Might get some marauders or catachans to practice on.


Not much of an update. Bit more work on the metals and some detailing on the head. Battering the skulls next.
