For me it was the last season or two of the Drew Carey Show. It's one of my all-time favorite sitcoms, but the last two seasons just shot straight down the tubes. They got rid of the office setting, Kate left the show, and the plots moved more towards the dramatic. I plowed through the last one just because I'd seen the first eight and wanted to see it end.
Other than that, this topic really doesn't apply to me. If I don't like a show, I don't fething watch the show.

All of the "Real Housewives" shows. The wife is constantly watching, and I usually get sucked in...

True Blood.
By the latest season I dislike a majority of the characters. Most of the plotlines are nonsensical or boring.
The main character is a black hole of entertainment that drags down every other character that comes near her.
At this point i'm only watching it to see the return of Russell Edgington, and hoping that Eric goes Viking crazy. Also Bill has got a lot more interesting (ever since he got away from the black hole).

I'm one of those self loathing True Blood fans. I cannot but stare at this show and all it does to you. My sister was a Buffy fan back in the day (I avoided that show), and now it comes full circle that I get to watch a vampire show that while not like Buffy in many ways, still makes me ashamed to watch it regardless.

Legend of the Seeker, when it's on; it's fun until you read the books that inspired it and find out just how badly they had to murder huge chunks of the plotline in order to make it an adventure-per-episode show. Yet I can't not watch it.

Any film that I own that's being shown on a channel with adverts. I think to myself that I could just watch the DVD and be advert free but never do.
