No, i wouldn't. Assuming that it would raise everyone to the dead would make the gypsies right in their backwards ways, and mainly the old world countries that have not advanced like we have. Plus the world is already over populated with idiots and people who don't even deserve to live. im not sure i'd like to bring billions of people to life, more animals than imaginable and watch skelatal dinosaurs shred apart museums that have done no wrong.
And even if it was select raising, say per only humans coming back to life, im sure you'd be happy to hear someone in your family has come back to life, but what if they were cremated/blown up/ rotted/disfigured/needed nutritions and may very well live forever which would be a luxurie we dont have when we havent died yet. and would we stay alive if there are no more dead? i can see this going Torchwood :miracle day style, no good can come from it except for a zombie apocolypse
