Hey all! sorry no pics atm, I'm gonna shot for tomorrow, friday at the latest. But I do have a little bat rep for my cadre. It was me and my cousin against a friend and an old guy named vampire who is just getting back into the game, so it was casual. 2v2 with the armies

3 squads of terminators, 1 with logan. Each squad had a guy with a storm shield, and one squad knew living lightning and JAWs.

It was hard for me to tell, the guys barley knew his own codex so it was pretty confusing playing against him for the first couple of turns. An I know very little about the DE, other than they would wreck me in close combat, but it went something like

Mission was capture and control, with table quarters for deployment. We won the roll of to go first, il give what battle details I have tomorrow, hopefully with some pics!

OOooooooooh! Sounds like its gonna be fun and interesting! Was the CC squad maybe Wyches? Or Inucubi(power weapons I think)? Can't wait to see the bat rep!

Uhm the wynches were with lilith in a venom if I remember correctly, so they might have been inucubi. He also had hemonculi somewhere in there. Sorry its not a full batrep, just a quick recap while I find a camera to take some pics of my models.

Our deployment
Our objective was in the back corner behind a LOS blocking building. My cousin was deepstriking his two termie squads, they didn't really do much all game. The termie squad with Belial had a deepstrike mishap and died. But my cousins major contribution was his two Dreadnaughts that sat near the middle of the board and soaked up fire until the end of the game. I deployed everything castled up behind his 2 dreads, kroot outflanking and 1 squad of FW in reserve.
Enemy Deployment
DE deployed all his stuff as close as he could, nothing in reserve. The loginwing deployed 2 squads of termies near the board middle with the DE player, 1 squad stayed back on their objective, which was in the farthest corner possible.
The attempted to steak the initiative and failed! Good thing to, we were gonna have to do a lot of shooting to keep their armies from overrunning us!

Turn 1
1 squad of termies came on for my cousin due to some rule in his army.
Our biggest concern at the moment was the DE player with his vehicles, the Loganwing was at least 2 turns away from out lines. Our strategy was to have me hold back and defend the objective, then provide cover fire to my cousins termies so they could capture the opponents objective late game. His armies other rule is that his termies were scoring.
Shooting
We blew up both the venom and raveger, picked off about 10-15 DE, and I killed 2 Termies!

Loganwing ran
DE fired all over my cousins termies and only shook 1.

Turn 2
FW came on, camped on the objective.
My cousins took down a couple DE and 2 bikes, then I killed 2 termies and forced a moral check! which they failed! They ran back 10 inches, before autorallying the next turn.

DE failed to do anything
Logan wing managed to jaws my pathfinders killing three, but they passed moral 7! The 2 remaining would pretty much fail to do anything useful all game.

Turn 3
At this point it was looking like it was going to be a tie game, I could easily take out the termies before they reached our objective, and we had nothing even close to our opponents board quarter. So at this point I had my suits begin to jump around the bottom of the game board to slowly but surely get within range of firing at the termies on our opponents objective, hopping to wipe them off it.
Belial squad came on, misshaped and died :( !!! kroot came on the right board side, the side where they could see our opponents objective. Not within range of anything, so they ran into cover.
Shooting saw us wipe out everything but 1 man in 1 termie squad, the guy with living lightening, and reduce the other termie squad running towards us to just 2 guys and Logan.
Then finally we wiped out the bike squad and took out some more DE
Opponents turn
nothing to note, logan and his crew moved just out of assault range of my cousins dreadnaughts.

Turn 4
At this point I had moved 4 suits and my warfish with 6 FW inside to the bottom left table corner so they could rush near our opponents objective. Shooting killed off all of Logans squad except for logan.
DE player reduced to his squad of inucubi, 5 calebite warriors, and a couple of wynches who ran back towards their objective.

Logan charged a dread, locked in combat with it (I wanted it to explode :( )
Other termie squad with one guy used jaws on my kroot, killed 1!
DE assaulted my cousins termies with their inncubi, also locked in combat

Turn 5
I prepared to wipe out the termie that was going to try and jaws my suits and kroot next turn, FW disembarked to rapid fire. I had 9 kroot, 6 fw and 3 suits all within rapid fire range to blast this guys, he was going down!
Kroot go to rapid fire, 7 hits, 3 wounds. He rolls a 1 and his guys died. He already had a wound on him. Well that was disappointing.lol My suits fire at the termies on my opponents objective and took out 1 or 2. passed moral.

Logan kills dreadnaught, Inncubi wipe termie squad and get a pain token or something like that, they now have FNP. cossolidate 6 inches towrds our table corner! But they were still about 30 inches away from us, so fleet of foot wouldnt help much

Roll to see if game goes on and it does! In fact it would go on to turn 7.
The rest of the battle went with my cousins dreadnaught exploding to a dark lance shot after it took out logan, so he was tabled. My opponents put the wynches next to the termies on the objective. I proceeded to get about 11 inches away from them with my kroot, FWs, and Crisis suits. I managed to kill all but 1 termie!!!! I also managed to table the DE player, killed off his inncubi and remaining warriors with my broadsides. So it ended in a long and drawn out draw, about 2 hours since the DE player didn't know his army that well. I was pretty proud of my suits. Char didn't get to kick anybody in assault though :(

Sounds like it was a pretty good game barring Char not being able to step on anyone My game as well was a long time, but it was a long time of DE getting tabled as well. I don't mind recaps as that's what I was forced to do as well.

oh and next up I am going to be doing some conversions, taking stealth heads and making a few suits out of them. Not sure on the fluff for them yet, but if you want to check out what they look like there is another person who has the conversion done on here.

Hey just posting another update here. Nothing is completely finished yet. For some reason I just don't like to work on only one project at once lol right now I a, working on my whole army, which is

5 crisis suits primed, mostly painted
2 broadsides 1 primed
14 FW's primed, 7 fully painted
1 piranha primed
1 devil fish primed
5 pathfinders primed, mostly painted
drones, drones, and more drones. SO MANY DRONES!

So as you can see nothing is really finished. My goal is to have all the Fire Warriors finished, all the pathfinders finished, and most if not all my suits finished by the end of the month. The rest will just be made tournament ready by the end of the month. With classes, League of legends, and magic getting the way it could be a tough task. But I have already started and currently have and update ready below







So this is based off of the team tri star color scheme from Mobile Suit Gundam. In the end once I buy more suits and max out my elite slots the whole team of 3 will be painted this way. Should have more updates coming soon, along with my complete 1500 list, see ya'll then!

Hey guys so after working almost non stop I have nearly reached my goal, but have fallen short none the less. The army is almost ready to play in some tourny's, I will just have to play with it incomplete, which is fine by me. To briefly summarize I have

Update! Been working on my blue suit that represents a Zaku custom. Anyone who is a fan of the show or who has seen images of the Blue Zaku custom might remember how it has a whip. Well I found some spare parts and gave mine a whip of sorts...

right I meant to say Gouf haha and right now it dosn't count for much, though I never thought of fusion blaster. But officially the unit he is in just have burst cannons and missile pods
