i have no idea what knights of blood names would be like.
Don't they have a juggernaut as their symbol? In my book, that would make them CSM.
Ven Dread: Karos? (not exactly sure about the "style" of BT names, but this feels right)

Their symbol is a shield with a blood drop in it, and there are 2 swords behind the shield

Haraldus, the BTs tend to have germanic names eg, High Marshall Helbrecht, Chaplain Grimaldus, etc. Hope this is helpful!

I am not sure of WHFB names, but i could give it a try.
Grand Company Commander? How about Kaius Estrane?
Veterans: Julius, Solios, Liamus.
Standard bearer: Makius.
Death Guard Commanders: Lukas Eridion, Castor Kallimen, Okas Iradio, Jagor Talmon.
My, death guard are hard.... They don't seem to have a "theme" like Ultramarines.
Daemon prince? How about Burbolus the Pestilent?

Yes brother Haraldus, It's popular because you were right, for some reason it seems alot of us struggle with charater names.... thanks for this thread!
I will be posting a Rough Draft of my DIY SM Chapter, I'm doing it as a fiction, and soon will be re-writing it into a short story... I would greatly appreciate names, but it might work better if I just give you a link to my writeup after I post it...
My chapter is Orion's Fists, and the Chapter Master is named for my son, Axel Orion, just left off our last name...
I'm going to need a 1st Co. Captain,
other captain and sgt. names
a Chaplain
an Apothecary,
maybe names for the whole 5 man command squad...
I'll have more but like I said, my writeup will help immensely I'm sure... PM me if you'd be interested in helping, I'd give you credit for it in my Article, and my novel someday...LOL

Guardsmen are not exactly my speciality... You should look around in novels and take those that you like and change them somewhat. i'm sorry, but guardsmen....

I'm trying to theme it around the Masquerade, so names based on this theme would be greatly appreciated.

Kabal of the Shattered Mask is great, it is quite spot on. Maybe Kabal of the Bllodied Mask?
