From what i half recall, Malal didnt do the whole "Daemon Legion" thing, he put far larger amounts of power into a handfull, or even a single champion who alone was way more powerfull then the greater deamons of the other chaos gods.
Its because he is a leech, the stronger khorne, tzeentch Nurgle and slaneesh become, so to does Malal (only he is as strong as the other four put togeather)

Wouldn't Malal's character.... or aspect, see to it that they fight amongst themselves?
I already know that Khorne followers kill each other for blood games, but wouldn't malal followers just kill each other because they must?

I beleive I read somewhere a while back that daemons of the other gods were found fighting for Malice but they were bound/contained similar to how daemonhosts worked for radical inquisitors

You are massively incorrect. Malal disappeared from the fluff - of which he had only ever been a minor and very silly part - along with his New Wave Elric knock-off champion Kaleb Daark, owing to a behind the scenes dispute over copyright between his creators (2000AD's John Wagner and Alan Grant) and Games Workshop.

In the fluff the rest of chaos feared Malal before the dispute had him withdrawn. Now in 40k there is Malice who is a lesser chaos god who has been brought into tangible form in reality.
