I dont think a squat commisar would do too well. He's gotta be able to BLAM the guardsmen, but when he's like 4" tall, he'd need to carry a commisarial stepladder just to make sure he could properly distrubute da Emprah's fureh...

That or he could just use a hammer, which would be awesome. (Note to self, convert a commisar to have a power hammer...)
