wow you should call Game Workshop.. take photo's of it, i had a friend of mine had a bad casting kit.. and he took pictures of it and called game workshop and emailed the pictures and they sent him a new kit but he had to return the defective one.. its worth a try dude. you should post pictures of it.. ghost arks are not cheep they should help you out.

Normally I would, but I'm painting it step by step; The model is 95% painted. Assembly and final details are all that's left. Luckily for me, I'm an experienced modeler. Just going to clip the guide notches, and run a length of sprue inside the "spine" for stability.

I've assembled 6 of these without any issue. I assemble the ribs in section of 2 each. Then bring them together as all 6. Last I assemble to the "cockpit portion. I let each step fully dry. My biggest issue with the guass arrays. I'm always breaking them off during play.
