Is the 5 man Warrior squad an issue? If whole squad wiped out, no regeneration. Also, should I break the 10 man Scarabs into 2 - 5 man squads?
Generally, I use the 5-man warrior squad as "Grot Squad" which sits in reserve, then walks on later to claim a backfield objective.
You want to keep the Scarabs in one squad, otherwise they may get whittled down to quickly.

I'm a big fan of the 2x stalker, 2x annhilation barge with horde warriors. Don't have lists with me, but it usually fits about 40 warriors + the support package into a 1750 point game. The stalkers are a bit costly, but their target relay and weapons make them invaluable.

What are your thoughts on cutting a wraith for more warriors?

A box of Praetorians/Lychguard can provide a ton of leftover bits for Conversions. The Immortals/Deathmark box does as well.

Hey Sasori. You know of any tutorials on how to make a Harbinger?

Agh, not off the top of my head. You can pretty much do whatever you want though. I know there was a really cool one, somewhere that they had used the Praetorian body for it, but I don't know where it is.
That might be a good thing to ask in the Modeling section though, as there are people much more knowledgeable than I, on those matters.

I am probably the only necron player who doesn't use the royal court. 4 wraiths and a destroyer lord seems to work fine for me at 1.5k.

I am actually of the opinion that the new necrons are way up there with GK now.. Doomsday arks seem to just eat space marines alive. I've managed to wreck havoc on my brothers purifier spam with just one doomsday ark and one monolith. He hardly had anything left standig after my turn two and I still had everything thanks to a solar pulse. We decided to call it after that phase. The new necrons are really tough and throwing an overlord with mindshackle scarabs into a unit of warriors really makes them a threat to assault (giving the overlord a res orb, warscythe and the phaeron upgrade is also totally worth the points IMHO). I think that every non-mech army will have a really hard time against lists that include monoliths and doomsday arks (probably also the new doomscythe but I haven't played on of those yet). they just seem to negate so much armor if it gets caught beneath the templates

Granted, if it does hit it hits hard...but mine never hits. It doesn't help that most of opponents hides in metahl bawkses.

Agreed, transports will prevent this but most players I play against have enough points standing around to have the doomsday ark earn back it's points (devastator squads to name one). What I've done in the past games that I've used the doomsday ark is deploy it right behind the monolith so it doesnt get shot up if I dont get first turn.. then just move the monolith to a side and blast away

Oooh that's clever. How many points do you run? I am currently using 1.5k points (on vassal, naturally. Don't want to end up buying something useless)
