Why give a contact email if nothing noone will repond to communications?

CS seems to be sorely lacking and it surely doesnt take a genius to see that an hour in the AM and then an hour in the PM sorting through emails and responding would be a good thing?

maybe they do? who knows?

I stopped using maelstrom and wayland for this exact reason and now use either gifts for geeks or darksphere, both are excellent, they dispatch quickly and if they dont have stock or there is a problem they communicate, Wayland in my opinion has gone down hill fast and since they have lied about the ROW sales i dont think i can trust them anyway, if they are willing to spin us a yarn for almost a year what else will they do it about? Plus i think both gifts for geeks and dark sphere games works out slightly cheaper too after p&p etc

How have Wayland lied about RoW shipping and the issues they face adhering to GW's T&C's

Yeah, proposing to do something about the RoW thing and it not happening imediately does not make the liars.

I think swordwind99's post is indicative of some of the underlining themes of this thread.

i.e. I want it and I want it NOW!

A delay solving a complex issue make you a liar, my toys didnt arrive in two days; their fething me about!

Lets be realistic, there are so many variables sometimes its takes a while. Just be happy its not 1989/90 when allow 28 days for deliver meant "you'll get your gak in a month".

The whole thing about needing time to get sorted is nonsense, the loop hole they thought they had does not exist,if it did, they and others would have already exploited it, they came on forums and social networks claiming they will sort it and be shipping GW products world wide in no time, but here we are with nothing, wanting it now has nothing to do with it, at this rate GW will be doing this years changes to terms and conditions and any chance they had to sell anything will have gone, IF Wayland had anyway of selling stuff to outside the EU they would have, hell even if they were setting up a warehouse in another country they could have already done it. All they did was cash in on the sudden rush of ROW orders before the window closed, and now its just excuse after excuse

Wow that is funny. I placed an order with them and they shipped it within a few days, mainly because I ordered over a weekend. Stuff turned up last week. All up it was about 2 weeks delivery from the US via USPS for $9. Given that I was paying half the price for the stuff that I would here in Oz it was a totally satisfying exercise. Just placed another order.

Mmm I'm guessing they didn't have something in stock at the time, I'm unsure, but anyway, 12days after the order, and 3 emails which I received 0 replies from, I received an email this morning saying it has been shipped now. Finally it's on it way, but theres no excuse for such a delay, and what's more disappointing is that I didn't receive a reply to any of my 3emails :/ I think next time I will purchase from else where.

Fair enough mate, I know I got good responses form the Emails I sent, sounds like you've had a bad run.

Try "The Warstore" the follow there has a good range and seems pretty much on the ball.
