Yup, in Waaargh The Orks, I believe - their cirulatory system has a lot of overlap with their digestive system, so blood colour varies depending on what and when they last ate, from red to almost black.

Usually the colour of skin is influenced largely by the amounts of melanin in skin cells and the colour of the organisms blood.
Tau have blue blood and blue-grey skin, which adds to this general fact.
However, the fluff may vary, but there really should be a direct correlation between ork green skin tones and the colour of their blood.
Yes this implies that the blood would have to be copper based or contain chlorophyl pigments of the green reflection type - which correlates with the fact that orks die and release a symbiotic fungal spore...

I think with orks the Chlorophyl in their skin prevents their blood from effecting its color, that and their blood is so dark its almost black.
