if you paint an entire army to this standard.. you deserve a lot of respect amongst the painters.. you don't need to improve this IMO just try to paint this quality in shorter timespans.. how much time did it take you to paint this one?

You should probably paint the sword arm with metal, since it's a bionic arm but otherwise a very nice model
