Ok, I am taking a look at the list of things you got in your original post and here is a list that I came up with. If that list of things you have gotten had changed, please update that post. You should also update that post with the current list that you want to run.

When you single Drop Pod drops in, make sure to put it close to where you LR will arrive and disgorge troop. He cannot go alone and hope to survive.

Tac squads will split out, one advance, the other hold objective.

Make sure to use up your HK missiles on your turn 1 and blow some gak up. It is unlimited ranged so aim for something that is not in cover.

Is this for the Iron Hands list?

If you want to make it Salamander theme, you need Drop Pods or Land Speeder since they are the ones that can deliver those meltas and flamers into position. Since you won't have those by the time of the tourney, why not go with this list and see.

But I need Vulkan to truly make the MM and HF 's devastating.

I will try it when I can get the chance.

Vulkan is definitely very good for MM HF builds but there are other builds which are equally good.
