I've only found one source of 30% off but they do not offer free shipping. They offer low flat rate shipping something like $6. Unfortunately they are in my state and have to charge our very high state sales tax which results in other sources being cheaper for me. The best sources I have found are 25% off with free shipping (miniature market and chaos mail order).

Having read some of your posts on here, OP, I'd just like to say that having a well-made site with clear English is important. Your posts on here are a tad off, and part of the reason I never shopped at Wayland (back before the embargo, of course) is because I found their site to be kind of messy.
I admit I'm not in the UK, but for me to pick an online store, I'd need to see a good discount and good shipping rates. I know, beating a dead horse here, but at my FLGS I get a flat 10% discount off everything in the store for my membership, and I never have to pay shipping since it's in-store. Anything I order, I can place an order in-store, wait a week or two, and pick up.
Other than that, good customer service, up-to-date stock levels, and utilizing paypal would make me a happy camper.
Also, MiniatureMarket seems to mostly sell board games and card games, and no Warhammer models (did a quick couple of searches, not a GW model in sight - just card game and board game bits). Discount Games, Inc. seems to only sell Warmachine and Hordes, no good if you play any of the other dozens of games out there (including Warhammer).

I don't know about the latter, but as for as the former goes, they just have no shopping cart for GWS which is common. Follow the instructions here.
