A Heavily Vampire Themed Blood Angels army, using lots of bits from Vampire Counts. Imagine they've mutated even further.

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

I have an interesting idea for a "Feral" IG army.
All of the Imperial Guard tanks are named after fantasy monsters, so intead of fielding tanks, you will field converted monsters instead.
Chimera is a Chimera with some kind of Howdah on it.
Manticore is a manticore (with missile racks instead of wings)
Hydra has an autocannon sticking out of each mouth
The Guardsmens could be "island of Doctor Moroe" style, [human animal hybrids] by mixing bits from the Beastmen, Lizardmen, Skaven, and IG kits.

Always see exodites counts as eldar, but I bet they could work just as well as dark eldar with some different modeling options now with all the poisons.
