Apple and Windows fanboys are as bad as each other. Tho anti console pc gamer fanboys might just be the worst of them all.

I'm not sure why some people are so offended by other people choosing different products to buy. You never see Breville fanboys out shouting at people buying a Kenwood toaster.

The asus transformer prime is a great tablet if you want android, worth checking out if your looking.

Difference between Playstation/Xbox/PC fanboys (of which I am the latter) is that they know they're fanboys. More often than not they will engage in banter with rival fanboys in a good-natured argument.

That's a massive stereotype. I fail to see how me liking Mac, and being an open Mac fanboy makes me a total douche canoe and a member of a cult.

I love my Mac to death. It's an amazing machine, and I wouldn't trade it for any PC laptop. That being said, I have a PC desktop, only used for gaming. It does its purpose well. And the MacBook does its purpose well as well. I prefer the Mac and other apple products because I like them. I'm actually typing his message on an iPhone, which is charging off my MacBook. fething apple has me by the balls, man...

You should absolutely get a PC. Buying a mainframe is just more than the average user will ever need.


Now, as to whether your PC should be a Mac or a windows-based one, that's up to you.

With a Mac, you pay a ton of money for a little logo that lights up. It isn't configurable to the same extent. It's a pain in the ass to get fixed. But, it's really easy for computer-illiterate people to use.

With a Windows-based machine, you can configure it to do whatever you want. It's cheap. It has the largest selection of software But, it's prone to get viruses and all sorts of bad things if you aren't careful with it.

I spend my money on things that are reasonably priced for what they actually do

Id say all fanboys were pretty much as bad as each other overall really. Just some of those condescending pc gaming, console hating ones on youtube that are the worst ive come across personally, but then youtube attracts... questionable people lol. Would be nice to look at a battlefield 3 video without someone mocking the ram on the xbox tho.

Interestingly theres been 0 mac fanboys here and a couple of Microsoft ones so far. Some Apple users are complete raving nutcases, but on the sites I visit they are outnumbered heavily by the anti apple brigade.

Pricewise, what you can get for the price of a Mac, compared to a PC you can build yourself, the Macs hardware is vastly inferior. There is no question of opinion when it comes down to that, it's a fact.

the biggest thing Mac people had for a while was the lack of viruses for Macs, since no companies or many people in comparison to every company and most every home in the world having a PC.

How is it being a Fanboy? The Prices for Mac Hardware, are obscenely more expensive than what you can buy yourself, from somewhere like Newegg. This is a fact.

The iPad is a flaming piece of worthless garbage. I know this firsthand, as I have two of them. (long story)

Unless you jailbreak it, the iPad is useless. It cannot read PDFs, open Excel files or save anything directly. Which basically makes it a fancy digital picture frame.
