Bores:

The basic idea, is that the commander of the IG division that my dudes were in, was slowly becoming more corrupted by war, and eventually turned to Nurgle. Anyone that refused to join him would be executed, or handed over to the forces of chaos for biological testing. So lots of them are followers of Nurgle, whether they realise or want to be. So Nurgle is my main theme. For my CSMs to be, I may include some other god squads or whatever you want to call them

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

Not yet, at the moment I'm holding off on vraks because it looks like none of them allow chaos rough riders

I just found the siege of Vraks on scribd and the army list looks really good. Are you planning on modelling the cardinal or buying the FW enforcer models?

Looks cool, nearly tribal in appearance, not sure if you've done tattoos painted on before but if you could pull off war paint/tattoes over his arms it'd really kick up a very tribal chieftan look.

I second what melcavuk said about tribal tattoos; it'd make him look alot cooler aswell as break up the flesh.

Yeah, the flesh looks like that because there is no daylight, which is what I normally rely on for a decent photo. The editing removed all 3d ness from it...

Being a slaanesh player; more bling = higher rank. For example, my PCS have better armour than my regular guard and my commander has the best and most ornate armour of the lot.

Although an undivided or nurgly force would probably use more mutations to show greater status.

I would never be able to work out a ranking system, other than the different units in the book ...

Not sure if its the pictures or not but you might need to thin your paints down a little, the colour is coming through true but it is also obscuring some minor details and adding texture to flat surfaces. A few thin layers work better than a single heavy layer and leave you with a tonne more detail.

That said they continue to look good.
