What I've seen as inexcusable are some of the comments posted by readers of the news articles about this kid.
Most of the readers care more about the fact this kid was arrested for trying to get high, not that he almost died due to negligence.

Total BS he got high on 4:20 and the DEA raided the place. Apparently there were "eapons and drugs there,he was baked bystander who almost died because of stupid drug laws.
