The OP states clearly that there's no Power Armor
The vampires don't have power armour, not the marines.
Marines can't even take off their power armour.

Marine skin is very tough and their bone structure is far too dense. Their immune systems are uber uber advanced and not even a vampire virus would be able to infect them.

I'm going to take my .75 Caliber Exploding automatic rifle with a 100 round mag and wearable tank armor.
What to the Vampires have? Speed? A very bad reaction to sunlight? I can spit acid, am immune to all poisons, and their weapons couldn't begin to scratch my armor.
Let them come. They shall taste my boot and bolter.

Old people can be a really cruel bunch (this guy wasn't mentally incapacitated either and he did both of those things, anyway, enough about me and my "crappy" day)

Clearly neither would win and we'd end up with some legion of vampire marines. Probably make them red like blood and enjoy art or something. Sanguine Seraphim I guess, something to do with blood and marines being called the angels of death sometimes because that makes them more intimidating.
