Armour: Disruption Plating (Any non-projectile weaponry eg Lascannons are absorbed by the plates, which are then destroyed)

Weapons: A miniturised Lance, identicle to the ones mostly found in service of the Imperial Navy, and a Standard-issue Thunderhawk Missile Launcher array.

Service Record: Only twenty missions ran, due to it's main weapon being one-of-a-kind. All missions successful, and a total of 600 Astartes saved & 2000 kills.

Fury - This ancient Master-Crafted Mk3 Plasma gun has seen the hands of many veterans, as an older version of plasma weaponry, this gun isnt as prone to overheating, and houses an small one-shot axuilliry grenade launcher.

Personality - Steadfast and feicly loyal to those he considers his allies, will happily offer advice to any younger marine who asks for it,

There's countless RPs on the penthouse, plenty of RPs on dakka and then we've got the box to think about. *sigh*. Sorry, but I can't join, for the moral reasons that it's killing my own forum. That, and I don't have the time.
Sorry to sound like I'm spoiling it for everyone, and I don't want any RPs to stop as soon as they start, but it's for that reason that I don't think this one should be here: each new RP we create kills another one currently running by draining its members away. Do we really need another? And does it actually stand a chance of getting past the first few pages?

How about you kill the Box? I know thats kind of like asking you to chop your own balls off, but there is like 5 members, all of which are on these two as well. Plus, you aren't exactly an organised bunch over there

I have to somewhat agree with Nids here. Although the box was at first fun, it seems to have been brought down by lack of members, crippling it if even a couple leave for even a short amount of time.

Ok, so you don't like the box. We get it. Do you want to know the reason the box is struggling? It's 'cos there's too many friggin' RPs to survive. It has nothing to do with what website each RP is on. In fact, each forum is getting to the point where they have to make more to survive, and the box isn't going to do that because it damages the roleplaying comunity as a whole, even if it helps that particular forum for a short while.

Far as I see, there's one simple solution. I don't like it. You probably don't like it. Darko definitely does like it, and now you can guess what that solution is, but as far as I can tell we got no choice. Move it all to the penthouse, or it dies, basically. That's not to say it won't die on the penthouse, but Darko's doing a good job of draining regulars from dakka and the box. On dakka there's you, TAS and kommando. In the box, we got me, n0t_u, philthesquid, and quite a few who are spending more and more time in the penthouse. If everyone joins the penthouse, there'll be enough members to keep two or three RPs going even when quite a few people are off on holiday.
Basically, it's death or do what Darko says. Make your own mind up, but right now the box will be advertising the penthouse. I hate to do this, but I don't really have a choice.

I guess I'll consider it as this is basically what happened last time which put me off of it then as well. Thinking on it, I guess I joined the box this time to avoid the drought.

I honestly never saw the mod problem that comes up time and time again as the main reason.
