Seems strange then, I would presume he would be a bit more anal with regards to his stuff then you know?

Like he said he let it slide when all his gear was uncredited and such, I figured if the bloke was a bit skint he would spend more time chasing up that kind of thing!

Maybe he figured any exposure is good, credited or otherwise.
