In my opion, if your a good painter and model maker and you paint an army of blue ultramarines, all your going to have is a blue army which is the same as every other blue army out there.

There is nothing wrong with blue armies, as i think Ultramarines are some of the nicest figures out there. But to make an army individual to yourself which nobody else has, it will go down a lot better.

Your necrons are really good, unique, well modeled and painted. Very individual and awesome.

the sad thing is there aren't that much people who appreciate well done fluff driven armies. Except a few, one of the GW blue shirts told me once, "If they were all a bit more like you, we would have awesome stuff as seen in the rulebook." I admit, I was enormously flattered by those words ><
