@rabbid: I think once I post updated pics of the robes you might change your mind because in the end they will be a bit lighter in color

I think I will change their shoes, the all gold seems to be consistently a bad idea. As odd as it sounds I actually already had the idea for green with gold trim on the feet that I was testing on the dreadnought feet, I think that is what I shall do

Random progress of the Disciples from the scarce time I have had available this weekend. Retail jobs are awesome at robbing your weekends.

Robes are finely layered and I am pleased with my work. Really adds depth to the model

Next updates will probably have 4 bikes complete and/or the rest of my foot sloggers. Also, getting close to completing my dreadnought.

I know I haven't updated in quite some time but get ready for the next week for some pictures. Things have been very busy in life, I recently got a promotion and am currently at training in Denver. I haven't had a lot of time for painting...but I have been working on my bikes, tactical squad, and my dreadnought. Plus with the new boxed set coming soon I will have even more pretties to start on.

Farewell for now

The robes look great, strangely I'm not a fan of the bronze color on the shoulder pad and boots but to each their own and I think over all they look pretty cool, love robes on my marines.

Check out my little ork story I am working on here!
