If they haven't changed it, you can only redeem full sets, ie. you need one of every card in an edition to be able to trade them for one of every real card. In order to get real playsets of anything from MTGO you would have to own each digital card from an edition four times. Due to the nature of TCG (rare cards, ultra-rare cards) you usually have multitudes of most cards before you can redeem even one set. Of course, all those extra cards stay digital.
