Regardless, assisted death should be legal. We do it for dogs and cats when we deem it necessary, nobody likes to see an animal suffer, but we cant let a thinking human being decide whne he wants to go!?

There is no logical argument against it. As Ive said.. there are some people involved in pallitive care, but 99% of the opposition is Religious, and I really do feel strongly about it after seeing numerous relatives snuff it thanks to the big C.

None of them wanted help dying, but damn straight I would have helped them out should they have asked for it. And frankly If that was the case, I think I should have been given assistance to do it as painlessly as possible with current technology.. not had to choke them with a sock in the garage or something.

Its been legal for years in several nations that are probably doing a better job of raising kids than we are! You don't see hundreds of thousands of murders as everyone wheels their mom's and dads in the first chance they get do you!

I've often sounded off about Tony Scott, because I really didn't like his style of film making. I think its fair to say I sometimes got a little hyperbolic talking about Man on Fire or Domino or whatever.

This kind of puts movies in context, compared to the rest of life.
