Manticore only has to shoot once to take out the Russ and more if it rolls multiple templates, then what do you have left to take out infintry hoard? Lasguns......

Seriously, T1 all those vendettas are off the board. Your opponent has one round of shooting to decimate your forces if they've brought a shooty list. Plenty of armies can do this - IG, Tau are the main ones that spring to mind.

Drop-pods would also be a nightmare as if they drop behind your line and you put the ADL up as a straight line then no cover for you. Flamers are also going to be a problem for you.

Apart from killing your troops, they could just push tough troops like marines onto objectives and see if they can weather the storm. If you have no intention of getting out of your own deployment zone you could be in trouble.

At WW terrain will already be placed before fortifications for the tournament, but don't expect much terrain.

It's an extreme list, so will either do really well or get completely smashed depending on your opponent.

why would the drop pod behind me? i start 6 inches on stretching both my aegis defence lines they HAVE to deploy in front of me.

and also i spoke to event manager nick bayton and he confirmed that in fact i can place my aegis defence line then fairly re-arrange the terrain.
