Same goes for Zelda's dungeons - extremely good game design.

Don't remember the Forest Temple in OoT then?

Or the Water Temple, for that matter...never have I met a more frustrating, unintuitive dungeon in a Zelda game in my entire life.

I don't recall any massive problems with the Forest Temple.

If you want a good puzzle game, get Limbo. It's cheap too.

SpaceChem is awesome.
But that is 100% puzzles, not an FPS. From OP I'm not sure if this is required because all examples are but it's not directly stated.

Spacechem is awesome. Thank you for the recommendation. Good thing I like my hair short.

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

Limbo isn't a puzzle game. Its a platformer.

I'd call any of the early sierra games (quest for glory, space quest, kings quest etc) good puzzle solvers.

No votes for Abe's Oddysee or Exoddus? (Oddworld hence the incorrect spelling)

Solid puzzler, that punishes if your timing is off even slightly.

It's my favourite game series of all time, despite not completing them until several years after they were first purchased.

Oddysee is a lot harder as it doesn't have a quicksave option.

I fething love the art style too.

It's a game that gives a nice message about over industrialisation, consumerism and environmental abuse. It's not thrown in your face, but it's definitely there. It was definitely something "New and Tasty" in it's generation and is still vastly refreshing today.

Good call. Quest for Glory was a favorite of mine growing up.
