The old Cadians are the ripoff from Aliens, the current ones are the ripoff from Starship Troopers. I like the current Cadians more and it's imo a great piece of design, the armor from Aliens has too much of an future USA vibe for 40k and just like with Catachans Rambo/ Predator mood, it puts me off. Anyway strange proportions of 40k models do not really work for IGimo, if made more realistic I would surely go for at least an allies detachment of them.

Honestly I like the newer Cadians for the very fact that they are more bland and look more a standard everyday trooper.
Of course, these guys are where it's at for me, and will always be what pops in my head when I think of imperial guard:
