I love the character invested in each marine. The Chaplain and the Aspirant Techmarine in particular, and the poor chap in Demi-squad Va reminds me of some very old artwork of a Dark Angel marine fighting on without an arm. He's already getting a following, I guess you'll have to name him now. :p

Tactical Squad VI - The Skulltakers. Led by Veteran Sergeant Darius Tyrael
Tactical Squad VI consists of battle hardened veterans of the 5th company and is led into battle by Veteran Sergeant Darius Tyrael. Over 250 year old Tyrael used to serve in the specialized boarding- and terminator squads of the first company. His body was rebuilt with bionic replacements after a Melta charge tore off his left arm and leg on a boarding mission. Tyrael couldn't commence service in tactical dreadnought armour and was therefore offered the position of tactical sergeant after beheading the squad's previous leader in a sanctioned honour duel. It is believed that his ancient chainaxe was recovered from a Khorne Berzerker (cross Reference: Legio XII) Champion and rebuilt by Tyrael's personal artificier.

In fact I have 10 scouts but didnt bother to put them into the group picture because they felt a little out of place since they are less yellow and space was getting tight in the picture.

I have another 10-15 blood angels to paint in order to finish my BA army project. i will post pictures of the BA once I am done.
Parallel to the BA I will assemble a larger Heresy Era SM Legion Force. I am currently undecided about which particular Legion since it is such a hard choice. I am currently toying along with the idea of either doing heresy WE, BA, or UM...
