As for will of the people, take a look what happened during the Egyptian elections and I think you end up with decent example of what your typical Middle Eastern country wants.

That only really makes sense if you think any kind of Islamic government with any kind of strong social government is identical to any other. Which doesn't really make a lot of sense, as there's a vast difference between, say, the Taliban, and the Freedom and Justice party in Egypt.

Ah, the ol' reading comprehension problem again.

Oh look, a charge of poor reading comprehension, with not even a little effort to try and establish how I misread your position. Thanks for that, fething awesome use of your time and mine. That's about a half a second of my life to read that dribble, and probably somewhere in the realm of 30 seconds of your life to type it. fething brilliant.

I mean, if you're just going to hide behind pissy little bits of nonsense every time you get challenged, why bother at all? Why waste everyone's time with your vague little observations that you haven't really thought about, and can't even pretend to defend.

Shine on, you crazy diamond.

And continue to do whatever you can to avoid an argument of substance, when you realise your initial point was stupid.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

Well you know, every election that wasn't said to be rigged in the middle east and north africa that I'm aware of has resulted in an islamic party coming to power. Heck even the Turks did it last time around, and they're known for their secularness.

Barring of Israel of course.
