Thanks there's a lot of work that goes into all of it as I look at cost analysis and determine how to give the best possible price without losing my shirt. It's not the easiest niche in the industry to be in but I love what I do so I don't complain.

Greetings fellow dakkites, so I am happy to announce that since we received all of the information we needed this morning we will be hosting a pre-order for Knights Models Arkham miniatures line. Our biggest issues of late is not being able to keep up with supply and demand to you our customers so to counteract this since we will be away at Adepticon for the next week we decided to hold pre-orders instead. How we will do it is around this time every month we will just post up the items and you can pre-order it. This way we will have a general quantity to order in (as we order at the end of the month every month) and can insure all who want these amazing minis can get them. Of course we will order in extra as we always do but this way you will be GARUNTEED your own. As many of you have learned we are now averaging around two weeks from when we order to when we receive the minis so the wait is not that long anymore.

It does stack up with batman and even though we are out of stock ATM on them we will still open up orders that day for those wanting them. She sold so much Batman at adept icon its going to take a few thousand to restock it all . I even sold some to a certain black library author.

Those Ape Heads look really awesome. The bases look solid too. And the Arkham minis are fantastic. But that line definitely needs more Clayface.

HAHA I don't produce the Arkham line.. though I wish I did. I just import it from Spain and atm am pretty much sold out on it and they are taking their time to get back to me sadly so it could be a week or two more. Honestly we have gotten amazing reviews on both the quality front and the design for the bases, namely the Industrial Trench. Currently we are working on a Chaos Waste, Japanese cobble st and knocking out the round lip of the ones we just released. We are also in early production of an Apoc D.C base line.

10 third party custom bases for ten bucks? I believe that is a bargain unsurpassed by any other third party bitz baker. I'm sure plenty of DKOK players will love this.

As with all of our prices we sent out samples to customers in the U.S and Canada and asked what they would pay for the product and what they liked and didn't like. We had no real dislikes and the price points were on what the customers thought was a fair market value. This is abnormal for businesses but we do this because who better to tell us what customers want then our customers. I personally inspect each base our caster makes and any that are sub par are thrown out. To date we have only tossed out 5 total bases so he's doing a great job.

Do you have a price list or anything for the items that aren't on the website? Was thinking about placing an order tomorrow, but I'd rather not waste your time with a bunch of 'Hmm... well, maaaybe...' over the phone.

@Lansirill: Our new number is not up on the site but I intend to add it later tonight early tomorrow. We do not maintain a price sheet as generally people just email or call.

Remember people in 6 1/2 hours the code will be useable. If you are ordering GW box sets etc those have to be invoiced tomorrow and paid to get the discount. The code for the 30 hour sale is 30thBday so don't wait to long as it will end at 6am on May the 15th est.

The sale is well under way just two quick things as a number of people have bought memberships. The way we stack discounts is by first taking your main discount then discounting that price from there for example.
You spend $100 and are a member.
$100 -25%=$75

We then take 30% off of that $75 so it ends up equaling $52.5 so your not getting 55% off(I want to host a sale not go broke ) but in fact ending up with 47.5%.

Secondly the number up on the webstore is our old one. I have submitted the changes to the store but it won't occur till the host does their roll over so hopefully later today early tomorrow. Just send box set requests to battleroadgames (at) yahoo dot com. I have been around for 3 years doing this and a number of dakka members are my customers and will testify to my level of service.

Placed an order for some resin bases, for delivery within the continental USA. What is the expected delivery time? I did not spot it on the webpage.

I send everything via priority boxes so on average those are 2-3 days I believe. Also new number will be up within 30 minutes.
