How did you get those highlights so smooth on the shoulders?

I would say a overall a pretty solid paintjob. Some small improvements could be made. The bases look fantastic!

Great job on the painting and basing. The actual work is good, I am never a fan though of models on the correct size base. I had a BA captain with JP I put on a 40mm instead of a 25 because he was "meatier" than a normal captain but it never felt right. The weight of the mini just seems off when on the wrong base.
