With all this radio controlled talk I somehow transferred the PS controller to the driver. Now I'm even less impressed.
The Syrians built a remote turret. Hooray. Welcome to 1945.

You see, to Auston, everyone is a Death Star; there's only one way you can take it and that's through a small gap at the back.

I have conceded that the Eldar page I started in P&M is their legitimate home. Free Candy! Updated 10/19.

I really don't get the negativity. I mean, you have people scrap building weapons platforms, and people are complaining that it isn't cutting edge weapons tech that can stand up to modern rockets?!

It isn't supposed to. It is, as someone commented, an up-armoured technical - a mobile machine gun, a great weapon in a scrappy urban war. It supports infantry units and if the enemy assaults the position with anything big this thing gets the hell out of there, to go support somewhere else.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

Adam Smith, who must have been some kind of leftie or something.

Behind you

I am impressed by this. Yes, it is quite technologically unimpressive, but considering the people who actually built it AND their situation.

Like to see you naysayers even build something like that...
