I already had 2 chaos armies a small black legion force and another 1k of ironwarriors made when storm of iron came out, with the new codex i've got them back out repainted the black legion as Iron warriors and started playing.

My friend gave me a bunch of his old alpha legion in exchange for some nids i wasnt using and i'm currently repainting those aswell.

I've played 1k, 1.5k and 2k games and have not lost a game yet, had a few close games like the one i played last night winning basically thanks to first blood.

The army isnt finished yet i still need to buy some deamon engines but i have to say its working fine for me.

Its not an OP codex by any means, but its well balanced and can win you games just like any other.
