I hope you get the chance. Even some of the vocally unhappy in the comments found themselves impressed with the terrain, and noted that they too wished to buy more from him (though in this case it was another product he has on his site) next year. I get that this little venture is sort of a 'victim of their own success' situation, and I hope he wraps up in the next few months, takes a breather, and then makes them available on his site. He's said a few times in updates and in the campaign that he wants to have them available post KS too. It'd be a shame to put all the hours into perfecting his technique and building the necessary molds and whatnot just to abandon the project. Being able to work on them without backers clamouring for info and packages might even make it a less traumatic experience to build up a bit of a stockpile. Edit: it might be fairer to make the competition be between this Terrain and Wyrd's Through The Breach RPG. The latter is only a month late, but it also doesn't have an updated target date. "?" versus "?", and go!

Necro-bump.
Because this running gag is still going on.
Supposedly there has been a trickle of backer boxes going out over the last month or two, and his brother is apparently involved in trying to keep him on track, but we're approaching a year and a half since the campaign ended, and every time he's asked how far along things are we're met with silence. The answer is almost always "casting/spinning/painting", but out of 177 boxes (max; according to KS most projects have some unfulfilled pledges) we don't even know how many are left to go out.

I was SO close to backing this one too, because I'm always looking for good sources of terrain, especially trees.
I'm shocked to learn that this still hasn't delivered, and that it is nowhere near to being ready for 'retail' either - and at this pace, probably won't ever be!
Plus, he's in Massachusetts, and not doing my home state proud!

Still hoping to get my Large Forest (at least I think that's the level I backed at, it *has* been a while...).
IT does seem like, admittedly very slow, progress is being made.
