so probably yes tons of Japanese things come to mind, but also other things, like being turned into a giant ear (if sound is your thing), or being covered in chocolate icing like Hedonism bot likes to be.

and on the Thailand comment. you have to be very very careful here, Obvious is Obvious but the ones that aren't best of luck to you if you aren't into/ have fun if you are.

Ok so I dont know exactly where I saw this but it was really funny, it showed a picture of a CSM with one boob, and a arrow pointing it out. It was hilarious, and I think it was under 40k funny google search. As for my theorie: I think that slanesh grants them the prvivelgde of being one forth female, with only one boob. Which is why I like nurgle.....no guts no glory.

Traditionally... as in, going back to the Realms of Chaos era... the Mark of Slaanesh was one of Its runes appearing somewhere on your body, as well as gaining a single breast (if you were male) or losing one (for mammalian females), as the hermaphroditic image was pleasing to Slaanesh.

This more fits with the older/crazier Realm of Chaos days. Today GW has made 40k strictly asexual so such a thing does not exist.

Indeed, though RoC was the best era for Chaos, if you like your Chaos to be baroque, grim, and really freakin' weird. Which I do. I've entirely supplanted the various mutation tables from DH with the RoC one. You might get something awesome... or you might get a flaming skull head.

I find the idea of Chaos being concerned with gender to be odd. A Chaos force like Slaneesh wanting maximum pleasure makes sense so the idea of humans with both sets makes total sense, whether your female or male you'll get a mixed pack for all eventualities.

I still have my old keeper of secrets - the moo cow of doom with a boob out. Makes a great chaos deamon prince. As a plus, my wife varnished it and now it looks greasy too...

I don't have any problem with the feminisation of space marines or androgynous Astartes running around, but I see the gifts of Slaneesh manifesting much more along the lines of Vagina Dentata in your armpit or humongous phallic toes rather then a straightforward gender reassignment.
