They do have something similar to an ethics statement for staff, it's in the Employee handbook and the Little Red Book.

I'd be happy to make scans of them and post them later this week, unless they'll be taken down or against the rules.

Let me know and I'll get the relevant pages scanned and posted.

Not to rain on your parade but as part of your induction you may have been given a Non-Disclosure Form to sign so posting it may not be the best idea. I'd rather not see you or Dakka end up in the crosshairs of the GW lawyers.

There's various statements in different generations of employee handbooks and training manuals.

On the investor site there's

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Honesty, Courage and Humility.

For this reason it is hard to imagine that any employee of Games Workshop would ever become involved in any act that could be described or seen as bribery. However, the law requires that Games Workshop has an anti bribery policy and the following document explains what our policy is.

Games Workshop has an unwavering commitment against all acts of bribery and other corrupt practices. Bribery and corrupt practices are never tolerated in the pursuit of Games Workshop’s objectives. Such practices will never be used in business relationships or the actions of its employees and associated parties. This commitment comes from the Board and runs through the entire Company. Woe betide anyone who lets Games Workshop or themselves down!

If you want more specific details then I think you'll have to wade through their financial reports

This covers/touches on some of their internal policies towards enumeration and the like, and mentions some of their thinking with regards to enviromental impact policies and the like. Pages 14 +.

Nope. Never had to sign an NDA or anything of the sort for GW. Even if I had, I've been out of the company for more than 5 years.

As long as you didn't have to sign anything and it wasn't part of your contract, in some cases you can be barred from revealing things for several years after your employment ends.

Not really a code of ethics and the ? isn't necessary. Make > Sell > Profit is more of their business model.
