Death is something of the materium. The Chaos Gods don't "live" per se, they exist, like a river flows. But if the Materium is destroyed as a whole, the same would happen to the Warp, and the Chaos Gods.

- Is the hive mind a strong enough warp entity to hurt or kill a chaos god (shaow in the warp?)
I don't think so. And the Hive Mind doesn't have any understanding of the Warp and the Chaos Gods. The Hive Fleets tend to avoid warp tainted areas, because there is nothing to consumate.

- Do the chaos gods have a physical manifestation?
They belong to the Warp, in fact, they are the Warp, so they don't have another way to come to the Materium than making the Materium the Immaterium. If your question is "do they look like something, do they have a shape", then yes, and I'd say multiple shapes.

- Do the chaos gods have control over the warp?
Yes.

- What can hurt the chaos gods that arent er gods?
Nothing, as they don't live. see Q1.
