The black hands would imply a thin, skin tight glove. Not really normal winter wear. I would be tempted to use a touch of filler between the middle, ring, and pinky fingers to make them into shooting mitts. That is mitts with the trigger finger separate as well as the thumb. Having the tendon ridges on the backs of the hands is what makes them look really skin tight. Filing that off wouldn't make them look that weird since the hands are so oversized on heroic scale minis anyway.

Other than that it looks great.
