I'm going to see what I can dig up from a few people I know that have models first. But'll I'll definatly let you know.

I have an idea about the grand prize for the tournament that could be pretty interesting... Basically I buy some models then send them to the people invlovled with creating brushfire to paint. The winner of the tournement gets a 50 resource force painted by the makers, if they agree.

I am not part of the OTL crew, but I would be happy to lend an hand on the painting if you want. A nice painted starter force is a cool prize.

Winner of the Tourney goes against me, and gets the painted army that I'm playing with (even if they don't beat me).

I'll be playing with Cult of Exomorphism.

Getting a camera is one of those things on my list... Wether I'll actually get one in time for TWSW or at all is debateable...

I haven't submitted the event yet. I'm hoping to get it submitted today though, I just need to figure out what else NJ Gamer is going to do at the convention.

I won't be able to make it in the end. :( I'll have to wait for Templecon to chuck some dice with you all.

So I put together a 50 Resource Aquitar list for one of my loaner armies at the Warstore Weekend. This is what I came up with, let me know what you guys think.

Trapper - HLVL 2
- Hunter: Rank 1
- Spotter: Rank 1

Weasel Fusilier - 6
- Riflier

Badger-At-Claw - 2
- Medium Armor

Marmot Medic
Badger in the Iron Claws

This leaves me with 25 unused wood. I was considering buying some Barricades but I'm not sure if I want to force terrain placement on new players.

Additionaly if anyone else is coming to the WSW and has an extra 50 resource army they'd like to allow to be lent out let me know...

I actully like to give new players a taction with feild promotion for a badger and the abilty the buffs near by units for the fulisers. Makes a more forgiveing army for the new player. I would also take the barricades.

Giving them barricades I dont think is too complicated an option, and it shows the concept that terrain can be bought for use in Brushfire.

Exactly. I feel its more importent to make a starting army that introduces as many core concepts to the game, well being durable enogh to be forgiveing towords mistakes.

The barricade not only introduces the idea of buyable terrian, but also helps the gunline be more durable.

Just try to advoid the glass canon style units or heros with more complex abilites and unique weapons.
