Well, orks COULD be done in a shooty way, but way more people did green tide with slugga boyz, or something with kanz/dreads, etc. They were a choppy army with a shooty option. Now they're a shooty army with some worthless AoBR minis holding sluggas.

Tau, IG, and Necrons are pretty shooty. That is a random list and not in any order mind you.

IG for sure can put out the hurt when it comes to the pure amount and type of fire that they can choose from.
