Seeing as how my IG (catachan) are almost all metal, none. The only kit bashed mini I have is Marbo. His metal model sucks in my opinion. All my army is tied together, to give it a cohesive look. Being Catachan, the uniforms have a general guideline. Not all uniforms are the same. Different colors on the pants, jackets. The only thing that is the same is the orange bandanas, even the ogryns arm bands are orange. All the tanks, scout sentinels, and Vendettas have the large older spotlights on them.

About the only modeling work I've done that qualifies as a "conversion" is I once cut a Fire Warrior's hand off, flipped the wrist around, and gave him a second pulse rifle so he was holding one in each hand. I also used some of the sensor spines off my ancient Battlefleet Gothic starter set to add an underslung grenade launcher looking thing to one of my Kroot so I could justify him as a shaper with a pulse weapon if I ever needed to.

My crisis suits all have magnetized hard points, but that doesn't really count.

Almost everything in my collection is converted in some way...

I think the only things that aren't are some old metal models, or minis too nice to ruin by changing it (DV terminators and Space Hulk terminators, mostly).

I have a lot of scratchbuilds and heavy conversions, too. I made custom thunder hammers and most of my ork vehicles are built out of something else or from scratch.
