I do this with Mulg + eDoomshaper. Feat turn damaged+refuge+axer = 14"+reach, up to 7 attacks or the ability to Goad for extra 2", you can move him 33" in a turn. Heh. eHaley was like whaa?

Ok, you've got eHaley and her rather stupid spell list plus that very annoying feat.

Combine that with 2 Stormwalls, one of which is bonded to Haley(so 4 Focus and 2 more movement)


Her Feat practically destroys your opponents turn, and messes with any synergy he may have. Also no charges are going to happen.

Its basically 2 free turns of 2 stormwalls having their way with the enemy army. And between the pods, shooting, and melee they can take care of most of the enemy army.

Unless my Jacks or Beasts are in melee with the Stormwalls after she pops her feat, and they survive, I can't really do anything besides shooting them. And shooting isn't what kills colossals.

Yep. He's got a handful of bad matchups, and this is probably the worst. Then you drop Terminus/Skarre2/probably Skarre1/probably Denny1 and chuckle.

Any denial list against the right opponent is probably the most annoying matchup. For example, a shooty list against Barnabus. Infantry removal against Baldur2 in a scenario/hardcore game. A list without pathfinder against Irusk1. etc etc.

I've yet to play it at high point games, but the fact this army can be made is my single gripe with warmahordes. There should be some system in place that prevents people from running more than 4 or 5 of the same unit, especially a stupid little 2 pt model with insane reach and killing potential (with help from ethags feat of course).

I guess I'm just bitter that circle doesn't have anything that can spammed, even if ineffectively, and as a whole we have the worst feats of any faction in the game. At least in my experience. Inb4 eMorv

Wait wat?

eKrueger's feat is INSANELY good in a scenario game (and if you arn't playing scenario, you're doing it wrong).
Moshar's feat vs Hordes is great too, though a lot less useful against WM.
eKaya's feat is like a better version of pVayl's.
eBaldur is also not a bad feat at all in scenario.
eMorv of course is one of the strongest casters in the game.

Also shredder spam eThags isn't very effective at higher levels of play, especially at 50 points. In fact spamming models tends to leave you with a very one dimensional list which is easily countered.

Don't really agree that mohsars feat ranks very high. Yeah it's useful against hordes, but not always. Against warmachine armies it does absolutely nothing. Even some of the worst feats out there have some application in any situation, while mohsars does not.

That's why multiple list formats exist. So you can cover for a weakness.

Hell, half of pVayl's spell list and abilities only work against Hordes.
