I really think you pulled off that scheme well. Though I'm not normally a fan of those colours for Necrons, this army looks really good.
I especially like the HQ units - both paint and conversions.
My only criticism is that, like others have pointed out already, the orange glow is a little too strong and tends to distract from other details.
